Compensation Analyst Partners with the VP HR and the Corporate department management team to optimize the execution of human resource compensation policies, programs and initiatives. Supports the Corporate HR Compensation function in the design, development, implementation, compliance, administration and communication of compensation-related programs. Compensation program support includes base pay, annual bonus, sales incentives, equity awards and other rewards in a Sarbanes Oxley ("SOX") environment.This position.
