Senior Global HR Business Partner - Hybrid Work Opportunity

Overview Responsible for performing the day-to-day human resources support for Joint Commission Resources and Joint Commission International, consisting of 250
employees and independent contractors across the world, including but not limited to the areas of talent acquisition and workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, country labor law employment and compliance, employee engagement, organizational structure, change management, and DEI (diversity, equity and inclusion). Under the direction of the Director, HR Business Partner, the Sr. HR Business Partner will also be responsible for identifying, planning and executing HR Inniatives that support the growth of both the domestic and international business and in identifying strategies and best practices that simplify the ability to employ staff across the globe. INDTJC Responsibilities Day-to-day HR contact for managers and employees within the global business. Provide support and guide/advise managers on employee engagement, staff performance, and on employee relations issues (e.g., setting clear expectations, coaching, annual performance review processes, and with documenting and addressing performance issues, etc.). Ensure all employee matters are handled with consistency and fairness without discrimination. Provide support to Director, HR Business Partner and business leaders with any org design efforts and implementations, as well as other assigned project work. In partnership with the Director, HR Business Partner, serve as the lead in the review, design, implementation, and rollout of international employment initiatives, including HR outsourcing models and/or processes to simplify global employment. Serve as main HR contact for all international HR outsourcing models. Participate in JCI workforce planning meetings, analyze and align on workforce plans, and determine the best staffing approach (employee, independent contractor, or outsourced) to fulfill employment needs. Understand staffing needs and partner with Talent Acquisition on the hiring of international staff. Collaborate with the compensation and benefits departments to determine and finalize international employment offers to ensure alignment with local country compensation, benefits, and country labor employment laws. Partner with business, HR COE's, and legal as appropriate. Track, file, and ensure all international employment contracts are updated appropriately. Keep a pulse on changes in international employment laws. Coordinate with local country managers/office managers in maintaining required HR records and personnel files. Coordinate international staff onboarding and offboarding with local country managers and HR department to ensure compliance with applicable local country labor employment laws. Collaborate with the compensation and benefits department, and local country leaders, to track and ensure local country compensation models and benefits are competitive and meeting country labor law requirements. Provide change management support when changes and updates are made. Create and update, as necessary, employee handbooks and other HR related materials that outline the differences between HR policies, benefits, and compensation across global field staff and regional country locations. Provide assistance in communicating and rolling out updates to management and staff to ensure they understand what is available to them. Partner with business leaders and corporate COE's to identify opportunities and create & implement approaches to simplify field and international HR and payroll related activities. Assist managers, partner with HR, and ensure consistency in the updating of job descriptions and career paths. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director, HR Business Partner. Partner and collaborate with corporate Center of Excellence (COE's). Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or another related field At least five years of HR generalist experience, with at least 1-2 years of experience in international employment related HR activities Familiarity with international employment laws (preferably in the locations of JCI regional offices:
UAE, Singapore, and China) Experience with Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO), Global HR Outsourcing (HRO), Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and/or Employers-of-Record (EOR) Current/Active HR Certification:
PHR, PHRi, GPHR, or SHRM-CP Comprehensive understanding of the link between HR and business strategy Significant knowledge of HR policies and practices Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex situations and think quickly on your feet Collaborative nature, with strong consulting and interpersonal skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Project Management and Change Management experience Ability to facilitate both large and small groups and deal effectively with staff at all levels Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Note:

Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
