This position will focus heavily on industrial ground-up projects Provide bidding for formal bid opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing and business development on bid opportunities Lead the design efforts for our design-build projects with our architects, civil engineers, & MEP engineers Work closely with various municipalities to secure building permits, various zoning and use related approvals, annexations, and public hearings Transition awarded and / or designed projects to project management Work closely with the managing partners to maximize opportunities and align with the strategic business plan.
This position reports to the managing partners At times, be involved in site due diligence for new developments and building acquisitions Situationally, present to prospective clients along with various other DSI team members for prospective projects Be able to create detailed preconstruction construction schedules for various project types Interface with our technology platforms Job Type:
