Oak Brook, IL Oak Brook, IL Part-time Part-time $40,000 - $45,000 a year $40,000 - $45,000 a year Position Summary and Requirements Faculty members are collectively responsible, with assistance of the Dean or Program Director, for curriculum design, planning, and implementation of specific course offerings.
The incumbent will support the attainment of the programs mission and goals, as well as the application and demonstration of the commitment to Oak Point University Mission and Core Values.
Requirements include clinical supervision, academic advising, participation in committees and organizations, and community service.
Ongoing scholarly activities are expected and supported.
Part-Time faculty can expect to teach 6-7 workload credits per semester.
Education and/or Experience Doctoral degree preferred.
Masters degree in field of academic instruction with a major in an appropriate area required.
Doctoral degree required as a terminal degree for ranks of Associate Professor and above.
Experience teaching Pediatrics strongly preferred.
Language and/or Computer Skills Ability to speak and write English to the extent necessary for safe and efficient performance of the job.
Proficiency in supervision, instruction, evaluation and counseling.
Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
Must be proficient with Windows-style applications and keyboard.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Current unencumbered professional licensure required.
Certification in specialty area desired and required in some teaching assignments.
CPR certification required.
Membership in an appropriate professional organization.
Evidence of professional development through participation in continuing education offerings, advanced study, scholarly pursuits and/or professional activities.
Compliance Academic faculty are required to maintain compliance by providing proof of immunizations/titers, active certifications, and any such other relevant documentation to the position, as needed and directed.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
