We are an established and growing law firm that helps our clients navigate the probate court system when a family member dies without a will.
We strive to help our clients come out of a scary and extremely emotional process feeling as though they have been heard & helped, and that they are now in a better position than they would have been without us.
We need a Administrative Assistant who can take control of the front-end client experience by being the first point of contact.
The successful candidate will be both customer service and team-orientated.
You must be someone that is cooperative, agreeable, and a sympathetic listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful to them.
You will be the director of first impressions for all visitors to the office whether they arrive in person, Zoom, or by telephone.

If you can speak Spanish that would be a plus -- but it is not required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
