We manufacturer custom dental oral prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, implants, removables, and more for dental clinics across the Midwest.
Just two minutes away from the Oak Brook mall, Wand Dental Laboratory is a family-owned and operated dental laboratory focused on providing the support for employee career growth and stability.
We are looking to hire on a front office associate who is willing to work and learn about the dental industry.
While working within our call center department you will assist with communicating professionally with customers for pick-up order confirmations and scheduling patients to come in for custom shade match.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries Handle customer complaints Use the telephone to take orders Use a computer to receive and send information Be able to make outbound calls at any time of the day Answer inbound calls within two rings Process orders and make changes as needed Organize front desk and keep it clean at all times Organize shipping area and maintain are clean for next day shipping Assist technicians with any problems they might encounter with cases Answer multiple phone calls at one time but make sure you write down everything in order not to forget Calling doctor/clients on past due invoices Packing cases that have been finished in order to be shipped out Calling in location order and maintaining a clear log history Assisting dentist and staff with any medical needs necessary Greeting patients professionally in person and on phone Must be able to work in a high volume, fast paced office while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude
