We are currently seeking a full-time weekends, 2 weekends a month, self-motivated front desk manager for our Oakbrook location.

Job Responsibilities of the Front Desk Manager Greet customers with a smile Managing front desk staff Schedule customer's spa services while implementing proper procedures Informing technicians and teaching staff of daily schedules and/or adjustments Resolve guest challenges Performing other duties such as setting up rooms for day, pulling charts and other tasks as assigned Job Requirements of the Front Desk Manager Neat and tidy in appearance Professional attitude and work ethic Must possess proficient computer skills (Meevo experience a plus) The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills in a face-to-face capacity Prior spa and retail skill sets are a must! Must have a positive, can-do attitude, be a team player and a fast learner! Some weekends are required.
