Responsibilities:
o Monitoring and analyzing financial data to support the fund accounting function o Conducting financial modeling and analysis to inform strategic decision-making o Working with other departments to forecast financial performance and identify areas for improvement o Preparing reports for senior management and investors o Participating in special projects as assigned Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field o 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate industry o Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets o Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools o Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
