The Accounting Manager will handle financial reporting including SEC filings, financial statements, disclosures, MD&A Ensure GAAP compliance Develop and maintain internal controls Assist with month end close Work with external auditors Assist with software implementation Provide in depth analysis on Financial Statements with commentary on variances for leadership Assist with process improvements Preferred Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting At least 3 years of experience in public accounting or with a public company CPA preferred #CBAUG2023#INAUG2023 Recommended Skills Business Process Improvement Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Internal Controls Leadership Product Software Implementation Method Sec Filing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
