Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef of an upscale establishment with progressive experience Strong and proven leadership qualities:
coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct, communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintain a high rate of staff retention Thick skin to thrive in a fast-paced, high-profile environment - this can't be your first rodeo Culinary Degree/Culinary School training is highly desirable, but not a dealbreaker Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships - attitude and drive are everything Passionate, patient, and persistent personality A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a professional work environment Proven proficiency in inventory, ordering, scheduling, and team building, and the ability to analyze food cost and labor cost Recommended Skills Coaching And Mentoring Communication Leadership Passionate Positive Attitude Scheduling Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
