Start Smiling Dental Implant Centers was started by Dr Paul Petrungaro in 2017.
This was a combination of over 30 years in the works of creating the Premier dental implant center that provided patients with a comprehensive plan to help them reconstruct the oral cavity, along with their confidence, hope, and dignity, by having a specific plan to tailor to themselves.
Our patients travel from around the United States to be treated in our beautiful, state-of-the-art treatment center.
About 20% of our practice specializes in treating previously failed cases.
Dr Petrungaro is considered an expert in the discipline of zygomatic Implants and metal free, zirconia, dental implants.
At Start Smiling Dental Implant Centers, we put the patient's well-being first among everything else and strive to provide an environment where people are not only comfortable, but where they can realize the ultimate dental implant, periodontal, reconstructive, and cosmetic, dental procedures.

M/W 8am-4pm; T/Th (surgical days) 6am-4pm.
Your Mission as our Office Manager; Help our practice accomplish daily targets.
Implement and enforce office rules and regulations.
Help maintain an orderly and efficient work environment.
Maintain strong communication standards in the office and with the patients.
Optimize our patient base and help increase patient loyalty.
Organize the daily operations and optimize the systems in place.
Coordinate and initiate an implant referral program for doctors to send patients to our specialists.
Some of our Office Manager's duties &
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of our center as well as the integration of the lab into the practice.
Put reports together on a daily and weekly basis, of our production and collection goals.
Oversee the marketing efforts so we can optimize our marketing budget ( referring clinicians, paid ads or potentially moving into the radio and TV market).
Manage the staff, making sure that people are doing their duties and establishing a hierarchy of the practice with front desk manager, a clinical manager, responsible for the surgery and prosthetics be performed, and the laboratory manager.
Run our daily huddles, scheduling all staff members, and adding additional staff when needed.
Provide recommendations to the doctors about any improvement needed in the practice.
Required experience and
Qualifications:
Ideally a college degree.
At least 5 years of clinical experience in a similar type of practice (surgical or dental implant practice) is preferable.
You must be very advanced in regards to computers, dental software, CT software.
Preferred soft skills and personality traits:
Very friendly, but very stern.
People-driven while being performance-oriented.
Must convey respect, inspiration, and authority.
Strong ability to multitask.
Strong organizational skills.
Outgoing personality.
Offered salary and other compensation:
Based on your experience and performance record, we offer a yearly salary of $65,000 - $85,000, plus performance-based bonuses.
Additionally, we offer:
