Senior Vice President, Collections
Job Description The SVP of Collections will be responsible for the transformation, continuous improvement and oversight of our business processes relating to the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle.
Essential Job Functions:
Partner with business leaders to assess effectiveness of current processes, identify underperforming areas and implement process improvement for the full end-to-end Order to Cash cycle:
including invoicing, credit, cash collections and forecasting Lead standardization efforts and cultural changes for business processes at all levels of the organization.
Mentor team and leadership in the use and value of process improvement methodologies Participate in, and lead where appropriate, cross functional teams related to OTC processes, customer satisfaction, data integrity, and other applicable initiatives as may be assigned from time to time.
Establish KPIs, performance metrics and predictive indicators.
Develop optimal methods to report results and compare against assumptions as well as ad-hoc analytics requests Oversee the credit review and management process for new and existing customers Effectively manage and mentor team Communicate productivity and improvement measures to management and other stakeholders as appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction Support, plan and implement quality assurance methodologies into all OTC process Minimum
Qualifications:
8 plus years overseeing Order to Cash process improvement and team management 5
years' experience in project management and implementation, program management, change management, and business systems experience Ability to manage multiple priorities as well as flexibility to adapt to change with new systems and methods while working in a team environment Experience in transportation and logistics preferred Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred experience with Oracle ERP Recommended Skills Accounting Adaptability Business Administration Business Process Improvement Business Processes Business Systems Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
