This person would enjoy leading and working with people and be task oriented.
They will also interview and hire potential employees and keep our team of 15-20 people organized and motivated using your management skills and experience.

Responsibilities:
Set a high level of professionalism with your team members.
Work with your team cleaning the property in the morning and maintain it for our guests during the day/evening hours.
Directing team members to ensure the highest degree of client and customer satisfaction.
Submitting payroll to our office Overseeing upkeep of cleaning machinery, and cleaning supply inventory
Experience:
Experience cleaning in a retail or office environment helpful, but not necessary we can train you.
Be a fast learner Supervisory experience managing others a plus.
The ability to change direction quickly and multitask.
Knowledge of cleaning machinery will be helpful, but we can teach you.
Bilingual ability(Spanish) would be a plus.
