We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to create and distribute content on all of our social platforms, generate new patient leads, and assist our lead patient care coordinator with administrative duties.
This position will coordinate with our marketing team to enhance our brand and report directly to the Clinic Manager.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Greet patients upon arrival with 5-star patient service Assist providers with taking before/after photos, rooming patients, and prepping them for treatment Create social media content relevant to marketing objectives and planned posts Post social media content on designated days in alignment with marketing team's content calendar Edit & approve content deliverables from marketing team via Monday.
com Regularly upload before & after photos, treatment videos, and other content to marketing team Handle lead management via HubSpot Meet monthly with marketing team and clinic manager to go over objectives & performance Meet regularly with providers to create content plans Assist lead patient care coordinator with administrative duties (ie:
checking in/out patients, preparing treatment sheets, scanning patient paperwork)
Qualifications:

years experience in similar role Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other photo/video editing software Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms Experience working in a med spa, plastic surgeon's office, or dermatologist's office preferred Traits:
Proven ability to communicate both written and orally Excellent proofreading skills Ability to translate technical information and convery it to the general population Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Enjoys building relationships with patients and coworkers Highly organized and detail-oriented Job Type:
