QUALIFICATIONS Educational Level/Certifications Position requires a High School diploma or a G.

D.
as minimum level of formal education Work Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Work with the company phone system Phone skills must be consistent with the company standard of guest relations Proficient company computer programs, knowledge of Microsoft Office excel, powerpoint, outlook, teams and word.
Ability to clearly communicate information and respond effectively to complex inquires of complaints from managers, team members and guest Use critical thinking to excel at managing time and organizing projects Ability to work in a confidential setting when required Must be able to multi-task, have self-motivation, and holds self accountable Travel Requirement Occasional travel may be required 5%.
