Business Analyst Define the business requirements and create technology-independent process and data models for technology solutions that meet the business needs of a single business area. Bridge the gap between the business customer and the technology solution providers (ie, vendors, infrastructure team, development team, etc.) Responsible for the development and documentation of requirements, processes and metrics for deployment of our Learning Management Systems application to 14,000 US locations. Will also work with various deployment, support and infrastructure teams within to ensure established processes and deployment plans for our Systems are executed as planned. Key responsibilities include: - Definition and documentation of deployment requirements, processes, metrics and standards - Making recommendations on deployment approaches based on remote deployment standards and best practices - Leading the requirements gathering, development and testing of deployment reporting through the entire SDLC - Working closely with software release teams to identify deployment-related dependencies and planning considerations - Overseeing the day-to-day work of the IT deployment remediation team - Managing changes to internal tools used to track deployment progress, including defining and prioritizing requirements and user acceptance testing - Analyzing deployment progress, running queries, creating/modifying metrics and providing status - Representing the Deployment team at various meetings - Planning, facilitation and follow up for deployment-related meetings - Management of internal SharePoint site SKILLS: Required Skills and Experience:- 3 years IT experience - Project Lead experience - 3 years as a business, technical or systems analyst - 3-5 years experience in defining extensive experience gathering and documenting requirements, analysing data and facilitating meetings. - Bachelor's degree - Business or IT with related experience - Must be a highly organized, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and have proven measurable experience with all aspects of the SDLC, including deployment. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences - Experience working in a client-facing role with the ability to build strong relationships - Excellent meeting facilitation skills - Process mapping, workflow analysis, data modelling and design tools experience - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to focus on details as well as the big picture - Experience identifying project tasks and providing estimates for those tasks - Basic project management skills - Demonstrated ability to adhere and promote standard business analyst tools, procedures and best practices - Demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others - Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel and Visio Preferred Skills and Experience:- IIBA business analyst certification - Experience with database tools, such as SQL or Access, with the ability to create and run queries - Prior technical/software development and deployment experience - Experience working with and managing external vendors - Experience with Agile methodology - Knowledge of Learning Management Systems MYK62683JR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
