vAuto is a business unit of AutoTrader Group a Cox Enterprise company. This position is full-time and responsible for managing the day to day activities as required for all new client setups. To be successful in this role must be a result driven individual who can thrive in a fast past work environment. Extreme sense of urgency required to keep on target and meet company goals.
Proactively manage client data integrations for all new domestic and Canadian accounts
Drive performance of team members to obtain company objectives and closely monitor all activities relating to integrations
Effectively communicate with customers during integration and on-boarding activities
Identify and escalate integration opportunities
Oversee customer merchandising credentials to ensure they are up-to-date
Troubleshoot and manage all cases relating to pending price changes in the system
Qualifications
Experience managing IT integrations for client accounts
Demonstrated experience and understanding of SQL statements & coding
Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM software
Strong motivational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Automotive experience a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical discipline with at least 3 strong years
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
