Newly created position reporting to our Mgr IT Audit. We just hired a Senior so looking for a 1-3 year person who wants to do IT Audit. ACL a plus. Travel up to 30% depending on projects - this is an opportunity to work on global projects, BIG 4/F500 experience highly preferred
Salary $65,300 - $80K, Bonus target 3% Max of 6%, will stretch on comp
Critical Deliverables
Audit Programs - Assist in audit planning and audit program development. Perform IT audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting business processes and procedures.
Controls Evaluation - Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of controls relating to IT governance, application systems and interfaces, development and implementation, logical access and IT operations.
Policy Compliance - Determine compliance with Company policies, standards, procedures, and applicable statutes and government regulations.
Communication of Audit Results - Assist in communicating the results of audit projects via written and oral presentations to management.
Report Writing - Assist in preparing written reports in English for all levels of management, detailing audit findings, conclusions, and agreed-upon corrective actions.
Work Papers - Prepare audit work papers and flowcharts in order to document and support audit findings and conclusions.
Process Improvement - Assist in the identification of improvement opportunities and development of action plans.
Risk Assessment - Assist in identifying and evaluating the organization's risk areas and provide input to the development of the Audit Plan.
Requirements
3
years of IT Audit experience in public accounting and/or internal audit with a proven track record of accomplishments.
Understanding of risk and control concepts related to SAP Application Controls, Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Cloud Computing and IT General Controls.
Experience performing complex data analyses preferred using Excel, Audit Command Language (ACL) or IDEA.
Working knowledge of SAP Application and Basis controls required (e.g., FI, CO, MM and SD modules).
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure controls - database and operating systems.
Strong computer skills using Microsoft application suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Process mapping and flowcharting experience using Microsoft Visio a plus.
Ability to travel 30% of the time. Able and willing to travel internationally at least twice per year.
Bachelor's degree required. Computer Science and/or Accounting preferred. Master's Degree a plus.
CISA certification strongly preferred. Other professional certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CRISC or CIA a plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
