Sharepoint Administrator

We are looking for 2 Sharepoint Administrators. Contract in Oak Brook.
This position is responsible for the engineering, administration and maintenance of the SharePoint application and server infrastructure.
Key accountabilities include:
Provides development and support for the establishment and maintenance of SharePoint communities
Designs, creates, and organizes site collections that support efficient business process workflows
Works with business users to document and analyze workflows that will be automated in SharePoint
Works with business users to address requirements, usability, accessibility, security and change requests to ensure website functionality
Integrates non-SharePoint related services into SharePoint applications as needed
Deploys and administers SharePoint portals; and establishing and maintaining end-user access policy
Assists with system design and maintaining farm availability, reliability, and stability
Installs and deploys SharePoint services, performs system upgrades and patching, makes recommendations for system improvements, and ensures the integrity of the SharePoint Farm data in accordance industry best practices
Creates customized applications for smaller tasks to enhance website capability based on business needs.
Builds table frames and forms and writes script within the browser to enhance site functionality
Investigates and resolves matters of significance for end-user problems and escalates if necessary
Provides support for business system analysis and process definition to enhance site functionality
Participate in an on-call pager rotation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred

years SharePoint experience and a comprehensive understanding of the SharePoint technologies, as well as extensive experience in system integration, performance monitoring, and securing and managing a SharePoint environment
Experience with Windows Server 2008 R2, IIS7, SharePoint 2010 and SQL 2008.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of patch management and change control practices o Extensive experience with Active Directory o Must possess a knowledge of performance tuning, storage, backup, high availability and disaster recovery o Extensive support experience with IIS and .NET application architecture o PowerShell and scripting languages is required.
