Title: Messaging & Collaboration Engineer

o Help with all Microsoft collaboration technology such as Lync, Exchange, Sharepoint, etc
o Be utility player

Provide strategic focus on Client's Collaboration and Mobility services, platforms, and solutions. Ideal candidate will serve as a thought leader with business units in translating business problems into technical solutions in the functional area of Collaboration and Mobility. Conduct thorough gap assessments of design plans and the current infrastructure. Design processes that enable the consumers of the service to have an excellent user experience. Key responsibilities include: designing, updating, and managing the overall conceptual and physical architecture which currently consists of but not limited to Microsoft IIS, Exchange, Office 365, UAG, Lync, SharePoint, and mobility platforms. This position will work closely with business units, other teams within IT, as well as outside vendors.
Other Responsibilities Include:
o Responsible to design, build, and manage highly available collaboration platforms.
o Maintaining technical architecture (configure, monitor, tune, and troubleshoot).
o Promote Collaboration and Mobility technology recommendations that support the business.
o Perform system/software upgrades and apply maintenance releases.
o Work closely with business units, IT teams, as well as outside vendors.
o Participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Technical Skills:

o 8 - 10 years overall experience in software engineering, IT leadership, infrastructure solutions or similar technical roles.
o Experience with UAG or other application publishing technologies.
o Expertise in the Microsoft Communications Technologies (SharePoint 2013, Exchange 2007/2013, Lync 2010/2013, etc)
o Experience with Mobile Device Management applications and services.
o Experience working in multi-platform networked, load balanced, and clustered technologies.
o Strong understanding of Microsoft Core Infrastructure (Windows 2008 R2 /2012 and IIS 7.5)
o Understanding of http/s, SSL, LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory
o Strong understanding of network concepts including TCP/IP sub netting, routing, SMTP protocol, DNS, DHCP, etc.
o Experience working with PowerShell scripting
o Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 SharePoint Online services preferred
o Knowledge of MS Office tools used in the practice of architecture such as Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
o Excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
Required Professional Skills:

o Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, specialized computer systems training or equivalent.
o Ability to facilitate meetings with various application and technical team members.
o Technical leadership experience within a small to medium sized development team.
o Demonstrated ability to negotiate acceptable integration solutions across teams.
o Project management skills.
o Strong communication skills - written and verbal
o Creative thinker with the ability to challenge conventional thinking and think outside of the box.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
