Seeking a highly skilled and experienced global web operations leader to manage and grow our Digital Engagement program. The Digital Engagement team partners with countries and advertising/marketing agencies throughout the world to build, deploy and manage consumer facing digital solutions.
A successful candidate will be equipped to optimize our global network of high traffic, high impact marketing websites from end to end. This role requires a proven track record with digital project/program management and global website operations. Major Accountabilities include delivering digital initiatives per budget, timeline and performance standards, and improving key performance metrics, eg site traffic, marketing campaign conversions, and content engagement.
The successful candidate will drive integration of global web properties with new digital solutions such as mobile/web ordering, mobile/web offers and loyalty, and distributed data services. This high visibility position requires a confident, influential leader and communicator who can effectively engage a wide variety of customers and stakeholders, plan/deliver/launch multi-national digital initiatives, ensure high quality operations, manage a dynamic global partner/vendor/stakeholder ecosystem, and deliver excellent customer and end user experiences.
The successful candidate will hit the ground running and work closely with diverse stakeholders across marketing, technology and vendor teams to drive innovative solutions that achieve business goals and align with long term vision. Key success factors include a customer-first mindset, outstanding problem solving skills, strategic road-mapping for global web properties, translating business requirements into technology plans, and ensuring that our digital properties are optimized to support customer needs.
Core Duties Manage and deliver across the entire digital marketing project/solution life cycle. Lead and grow the Digital Engagement team to deliver on customer needs and the strategic roadmap. Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive project schedule, communicate/report it to ensure visibility to stakeholders and executive leadership, and drive projects to completion. Serve as liaison between customers and the extended Digital Engagement team. Represent and champion customer goals and outcomes. Lead a fluid on-shore/off-shore technical development and support team to translate customer requests into technical specifications. Partner with internal technology infrastructure and architecture resources to ensure effective and efficient end-to-end solution design, hosting and risk mitigation. Partner with internal digital product management and marketing resources to bridge business/marketing strategy and excellent customer experiences, develop a closed feedback loop between operations and strategy, and ensure continuous improvement for features/functionality, customer workflows, ease of use and simplicity. Partner with internal counterparts to drive key digital engagement performance indicators including SEO, social, evergreen content, conversions via UI/UX enhancement, and analytics. Manage and enhance vendor partnerships to ensure successful delivery of initiatives on time & budget. SKILLS:
Requirements 10+ years digital content and marketing project/program management experience on high traffic web properties for recognized global consumer brands. 7+ years experience with end-to-end digital software development, hosting, deployment, and operations management for international customers. 5+ years experience delivering global web content and marketing solutions via large scale, database driven content management systems, eg Adobe CQ. 5+ years experience and strong working knowledge of Front End web technologies, eg HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, Boilerplate, responsive media queries. Strong hands-on knowledge of functional design, UI/UX optimization, A/B testing. Strong working knowledge of native mobile application design, development, deployment. Strong hands-on knowledge and experience with data management, integration and web services for digital endpoints. Experience with commercial API gateways is a plus. Proven team management, decision making, budget management and task prioritization skills. Strong hands-on knowledge of social media and ability to integrate social channels with global web properties and digital marketing strategies. Strong hands-on knowledge of web analytics, metrics and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects with interweaving dependencies and deliver on time and budget. Strong hands-on experience working with advertising/marketing agencies as partners and stakeholders. Strong communication skills, ability to adapt communications 360 degrees and effectively manage up. Ability to perform and deliver in a challenging, fast paced, rapidly changing environment. Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university. MBA desirable. Willingness and ability to travel

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
