A Senior Business Technical Analyst in this group is responsible for strategically supporting our business partners to understand and facilitate best-fit IT solutions to meet corporate objectives. This position will working directly with users at all levels of the organization, understanding strategic initiatives, goals and objectives and how the IT systems, projects and enhancements align with their longer-term business and automation roadmaps as well as short-term objectives and needs. This person will also be responsible to help manage the relationship between the business partner and vendor teams.
In addition to day-to-day support for project and enhancement work, including User Story development, refinement and prioritization, this role may be required to support testing (system, integration and user acceptance), implementation and training when necessary. It will also require a significant amount of support for status meetings and other progress and risk communications. Support the business by becoming the Subject Matter Expert for assigned applications and act as a point of contact with clients for IT functionality, and advocate for clients with vendor. Vendor management and vendor collaboration tasks as needed.
Responsibilities: Teams may include multiple vendor teams and coordination between vendors and technology teams to understand product integrations and high level business configurations to define technical requirements and prototype solution proposals for validation. Responsibility for planning and coordinating appropriate level of documentation, including communication, training and deployment plans. Assist in documenting end user documentation and provide training and demonstrations sessions as necessary to support business. Responsibility for liaising with support resources for changes and anticipating and tracking support impacts, and coordinating any changes to support procedures and Run Books, and researching and resolving escalated research (L4) tickets and utilizing appropriate technical resources as needed. Deliver work and solutions on time and in a team environment that builds trust and respect with IT team members and business. Facilitate Status and Project Meetings and prepare ongoing notes and progress and risk reporting. SKILLS:
This role will require extensive knowledge of Agile process analysis, including developing user stories and process maps associated with our users' business processes; understanding how all underlying systems (both 3rd party vendor and in-house software) and their interactions support the processes. Full understanding of the architecture and complexity of multiple systems' interactions, as well as specific details of configurability of vendor software solutions and the vendor's directional strategy in regards to future functionality and will be required to recommend and perform configuration changes for packaged applications, working directly with the application technology to create prototypes and configure solutions, and it also includes working with other technology teams, internal and external, on technical integration and other application work.
This person should be comfortable working with data and data analysis tools to answer business questions and create reports. Additionally, this role should be able to manage standard' vendor software upgrades and support requests and enhancement requests. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and will have experience with all aspects of the software development life cycle. The ability to multi-task and to be effective on multiple projects at once is a must.

years as a Business Technical/Systems Analyst working with both IT and business teams.

B.S. in Information Systems or related field required.
Experience working as a Support Analyst
Proficiency with SQL statements; adhoc reporting, table analysis and database analysis. (Oracle DB a plus.)
Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Word, MS Project.
Experience with configuration of workflow applications a plus.

Experience with configurable enterprise 3rd party Application (eg CRM, ERP, Workflow, Accounting, etc.)
Basic understanding of network and Firewall configurations (desired)
Knowledge of Agile development methodology. Elicit user stories and facilitate user story refinement and solution designs, including development/implementation tasks and acceptance criteria. Collaboratively work with product owner to determine prioritization of user stories and develop appropriate documents as a part of the Agile system development life cycle.
Ability to efficiently and effectively work within an Agile project team consisting of business and technical resources to help translate needs and wants' into designs and estimates. Prioritize and manage initiatives to drive the best and most appropriate results for the business. Oversee and collaborate with technical resources on the team.
Understanding of technical design principles and how they are applied (eg UI design, interface design, best practices, etc.). Analyze project and functionality change requests to determine feasibility in relation to existing functionality, processes, and data models.
Understand cost benefit and compare pros & cons' of solution and design proposals. Negotiate design of correct/best solution based on IT standards and guidelines. Validate solution design meets need with customer/product owner.
Create test strategies and test plan documents; execute Test Plans.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
