Employee Service Center - Processing Representative

Perform employment record document audit & review
Conduct training sessions as needed
Process employee data change requests
Review, research and resolve payroll record edits
Verification of employment processing
Resolve open cases in accurate and timely manner
Prepare response to government agency inquiries
Tier 1 phone coverage
Ad Hoc Projects
Bachelor's Degree required
1-3 years of payroll or HR processing experience
Call Center experience, preferred
Fluency in Spanish a plus
Exceptional customer service skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proven ability to achieve results in a fast paced environment
Ability to work individually and as a team member
Ability to organize, prioritize, and multi-task to achieve various deadlines

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
