Job Description Primary Purpose The SAP Sr.
WM Analyst will provide leadership in process analysis, process and system design, systems development, configuration, testing, implementation and training to support the SAP WM functions within the company.
It will be the responsibility of this position to bring information regarding future development of SAP software applications in order to aid in strategic decision making.
As the SAP Sr.
WM Analyst, this position will work with super and end-users to identify and resolve functional/technical and/or process issues, test and train on system functions, identify, design, and develop system updates in support of business requirements, and assist IT in the overall coordination of system updates, enhancements, etc.
This position will work with other SAP Analysts, IT Leadership and business representatives to keep abreast of operational issues and business initiatives where SAP may be an integral part.
Major Responsibilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Lead small to moderate size projects creating project plans, assigning/monitoring project tasks, facilitating team meetings, ensuring on-time/on-budget delivery of solutions.
Participate in all phases of project life cycle project identification, feasibility, blueprinting/design, configuration, testing, documentation, implementation, training/ ongoing support.
Works with management to drive decisions needed to configure system to meet business requirements.
Independently consults with management to develop/manage problem resolution.
Assists management with continuous improvement efforts to improve company profitability/provide optimal functionality.
Responsible for working with the business to define/implement appropriate security strategies.
Responsible for the maintenance/configuration of SAP WM functions related settings in SAP.
Applies structure/enforces identified organizational standards relative to system enhancements, changes, issues/problems.
Analyzes and documents complex business requirements and judges the impact of those requirements within a specific module and across all modules of the system Be an integral part / take active role in change control processes for testing & implementing system changes, fixes, enhancements, etc.
Develops use cases, test plans, test scripts and test cases.
Executes test plans and test scripts / cases to ensure system changes are aligned with business requirements.
Communicates with staff at all levels in the organization business and IT.
Provides knowledge transfer and support to other Business Analysts within the department.
Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Understands and demonstrates the Company's core values.
Performs other duties as assigned.

one-on-one, small/large groups, with peers, direct reports and executives Commands attention and can manage group process during the presentation Education and Experience 5-8 years of SAP WM experience SAP Sr.
WM Analyst with experience in multi-plant, multi-company, multi-currency, 3rd party distribution, electronic trading (EDI), consumer products and/or manufacturing.
Advanced configuration experience in SAP WM functionality within SAP ECC 6.

Complete understanding of the integration points between SAP's core modules and the inter-dependencies around Finance/Controlling and Manufacturing.
Core Participation in 3 or more significant SAP implementations, achieving production status.
BA/BS in computer science, IS, MIS, Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred.
Report writing and/or Business Objects experience is a plus.
SAP EWM is a plus.
APICS and/or SAP Certification(s) is a plus.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
